By accessing and using the Scrubby's Laundry Center website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Scrubby's Laundry Center's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Scrubby's Laundry Center provides laundry services including but not limited to:

• Pick-up and delivery laundry service
• Wash and fold services
• Self-service laundry facilities
• Commercial laundry services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all charges incurred by your account
• Comply with our minimum order requirements
• Accept delivery of services as scheduled

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order before pickup. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy:

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup
• Partial refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup
• No refund for completed services unless there is a service error

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Scrubby's Laundry Center, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scrubby's Laundry Center and its employees from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
